About me

Welcome to my profile! I'm an integrative psychotherapist who specialises in working with creatives and professionals in Central London and Online. I am passionate about my work and like to create a warm, and nurturing environment to help clients feel at ease to discuss and explore their problems. I use a depth psychology approach to help get to the root cause of issues and process experiences, emotions, relationships, and life patterns to gain awareness of long-standing issues and make impactful changes. I support my clients to break free of outmoded ways of thinking and live with a renewed sense of purpose and authenticity. Prior to being a therapist, I worked as a researcher, anthropologist, and creative in the music, TV and film industries. This gives me a deep understanding of art, culture, and what it means to be human.

My approach to individual therapy

Therapy takes place weekly and is a confidential, non judgmental space to work on life issues and personal development with a trained professional. Common issues brought to my practice include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, destructive habits, life meaning and existential crises, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, mental and physical health diagnoses, impostor syndrome, and perfectionism. I trained as an integrative and transpersonal therapist, which allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I use traditional talking therapy methods and can draw on creative techniques, such as dream work, , meditation, archetypal psychology, shadow work, and visualisations. My practice is and considers the role of the nervous system and the importance of emotional regulation.

During our first session together, I will ask more questions than usual and may take notes. This is to gain a broad understanding of your life history and circumstances to help assess the best way to work together.
